Top Ten Leisure has acquired its second bowling property after buying the Superbowl in Blackpool from operator Megabowl. The 30-lane bowling alley, above a Brannigans bar and near the town's landmark Blackpool Tower, covers three floors and has a restaurant, bar and cue sports area. Edward Symmons acquired the property on behalf of Top Ten for £310,000 as a 125-year leasehold. It follows an existing site in Wallasey, Merseyside, and Colin White of Edward Symmons, says Top Ten is seeking further properties to boost its portfolio.
