Dubai is to get another luxury hotel, the US-based Fairmont group has announced. Plans are in place for the company to manage a 393-room property, aimed at business visitors, which has been designed in the shape of an Arab wind tower. The hotel, which will incorporate 117 suites, will be built opposite Dubai's World Trade Centre, in the area that is planned to host the International Monetary Fund meeting in 2003. Fairmont will take a minority share in the project.
